Flashvars are variables which you can pass to the SWF e.g. for loading a different xml file.

You can use
{swf;urltoswf;[changeparams]FlashVars=param1=value1&param2=value2&param3=value3[/changeparams]}

For Example

{swf;http://www.yourdomain.com/images/flash/yourswf.swf;[changeparams]FlashVars=xmlfile=yourxmlfile1&xmlfile2=yourxmlfile2[/changeparams]}
