Can't Get Article to Display 11 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi Guys,

I've read through all the articles in this forum topic and I can't see what could be wrong.

I have set it up the same way as is suggested, but I can't get an article to display in the modal window. All I get is the popup and a white inset.

The URL in the top is correct, I can see it if I go direct. I have every option set as default but nothing seems to work.

I have disabled it on my site for now, but happy to re-enable if anyone has any ideas or ways to troubleshoot.

Any help would be appreciated!

Cheers,

Dave

What Browser are you using? Have you included the header in your template, that the Mootools gets loaded and are there any Javascript Errors in the Template, which could stop the Javascript?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

I am using Chrome, Firefox and IE.

Mootools is loaded and there are no errors that I can see.

I'm not sure what you mean by including the header. I'm just trying to link to an article.

Cheers,

Dave
