There are two possibilities of including a preloader. The first way is to implement it in your Flashfilm. The second with Javascript. If you want to, I can add a feature to SWFContent Pro to add Javascript.

It's a good idea if you can add the feature to add Javascript.
A preloader in flashfilm not see how to implement it in the plugin since they are two separate swf (the preloader and flashfilm).

Have you got the fla-Files (editable Flashfiles). If you have them, you could combine them to one.
