I could sure use your help. I have a swf banner rotator using an xml file to reference names, urls and image locations.

The file structure for the site is like:

sitename.com
-folder1
-folder2
-otherfilenames.other
-joomla
----joomlafolder1
----otherjoomlafiles.other
----flash
-------bannerfile.swf
-------xmlfile.xml
-------AC_RunActiveContent.js
-------imagesfolder
-----------image1.jpg
-----------image2.png

I have set the root to be "flash"

The swf file works fine in a standalone html file, and tests fine in a standalone viewer. However, it does not work when loaded by SWFContent Pro.

I get the swf to load, but none of the images.

Please provide help. I have followed the directions and other postings but none have worked.

Try changing all possibilities of paths with base. If that does not work switch off SEO. Check all possibilities again. Maybe there is a problem with SEO and base path? I am not sure but check it please.

How do I switch off SEO?

SEO is the Search Engine Optimizer of Joomla and you can switch it off in the joomla back end at menu "Site" sub menu "Global Configurations"->"Site" at the right. "SEO Settings" all to no.

All these settings were already set to"No"

Have you checked the file access writes on your server. The xml-file and the directory it is in should maybe set to 755.
